Q: When will my order ship?

• A: Please allow up to 3 business for us to complete and ship your beautiful order.

Q: Where does my package ship from? 

• A: Your order ships from Orange County, California

Q: How does packages ship and how long does it take? 

• A: Your package will typically ship USPS ground and in some cases priority mail. Please allow up to 10 business days once your order has shipped to receive your order. Your package can also be tracked once it has shipped and tracking will be emailed automatically upon shipment. 

Q: Do you allow returns? 

• A: Do to the custom nature of the orders, returns are not allowed. If there is an issue with your order, please contact themagnetbae@gmail.com to discuss options. We strive for 100% satisfaction.
